There were a few teething problems with initial logging on to the portal prior to starting the contract, but the onboarding meeting with Adam and the clinical team cleared everything up and enabled us to tailor the process and procedures to the practices needs, whilst also working in line with the CGC’s requirements. The biggest ‘seller’ of the package was the face-to- face Employee Assistance Programme, which enables our employees to have access to an ‘in the moment’ counselling service via online, telephone, and 6 face to face sessions.
