Meet the latest addition to our growing team!

The Valentine team has grown exponentially in recent months, and we’re delighted to announce Sarah Cavaliere having joining us as Occupational Heath Coordinator. We’re very happy to have Sarah as part of the team, who’s looking forward to using her warm customer service to help people directly.

Sarah brings with her a wealth of customer service and coordinating experience. Managing Director, Adam Smith said “Sarah has been a vital addition to our coordinating team. Her experience gives our clients instant confidence and assurance that their requests are dealt with promptly. We are extremely fortunate to employ talented and highly capable people, and I have every confidence that Sarah will thoroughly enjoy being an influential part of what is a successful and growing Company”.

Here is some more insight into Sarah’s background and why she made the decision to join the Valentine team.

What is your background?

My background has always been in customer service, I worked as a Senior Cashier in a London Building Society for 10 years, I worked in the UK’s largest (at the time) motorcycle dealership in the release office releasing motorcycles to overexcited born again bikers for about 4 years, I then relocated to Worthing and got into Hearing Health and worked as a Branch Coordinator for Amplifon for about 7 years, I relocated (again) to Coventry and carried on my career in hearing health with the Audiology Department at Specsavers in Coventry where I worked for 8 years before Covid hit and I decided I wanted a complete change of career, I did some temporary work as an Order Picker at Amazon and then in the Reprographics Department at a school but I missed helping and speaking to people directly so decided to look for a job where I could go back to using my customer care experience.

Why Valentine?

Valentine appealed to me because it seemed to be a company who cared about their clients and their employees, and they also cared about the wellbeing of their own employees.

What’s your favourite part of the job?

My favourite thing about my job is when I get to speak to my clients employees on the telephone, going through the OH system can be a very confusing process and it is great to be able to be the OH coordinator who is a friendly, warm voice on the phone to reassure the employee and to make them feel confident about the appointment, to confirm to them that there is nothing to worry about and to make the initial booking part of the process as easy as possible.

What’s something interesting about you?

Maybe how I spent my 30th birthday being fingerprinted in a Hampshire police station in connection with a Mafia ordered murder? (True story, honestly!
